i worked/volunteered with their partner organization "coastkeeper" down in san diego. they focus on water monitoring, which includes everything in it from aquifer to estuary to the pacific. pollution in our waterways affects our active, outdoor-loving customer, and would seem to be a cause close to their heart. every scrap of anything eventually runs off into the ocean, making it a major issue to address concerning sustainability. this is my vote
